According to the Credit Information Service Cooperation Agreement co-signed by China Telecom Shanghai Branch and Shanghai Credit Information Services Co., Ltd., from Oct. 2009, China Telecom Shanghai Branch will report the credit information of enterprises or individuals who, within the execution phase, haven’t carried out the judgment made by the courts involved in all cases that have been adjudged to Shanghai Municipal Combined Credit System for Individuals and Enterprises, which updates daily.

In the Credit Beijing Movement held at Atlantic Place, principal of Beijing Branch of People’s Bank of China Credit Center introduced that, at present, the information sharing of court administrative law enforcement records and tax evasion records were under negotiation which means these two kinds of records will be included into credit report. This year, environmental protection information also was involved in the credit system. Both results regarding environment assessment in prophase of project as well as the construction in the phase of inspection and acceptance performed by environmental departments will be a part of credit records to provide a reference for the bank.

Later, after researching on risk, people found it not only brought unexpected loss, but also brought a surprising profit. Therefore, a more formal definition of risk was emerged: risk is to predict the uncertainty of the result”. The uppermost energy of market economy was from uncertainty, which is the risk. Risk can bring utmost opportunity for businessman and can bring unthinkable loss as well.

From enterprise’s angle, risk prevention mainly concentrates on three points: employing risk, financial risk and operating risk.

Take employers for example, the steerer in one enterprise is the largest risk. What inner quality the enterprisers have can directly lead the enterprises to the different destination. Many steerers in the state-owned enterprises either got their arrest for financial problem or got the enterprises strained into dilemma as their foresight and strategies. There were also bosses of private or foreign enterprises failed like the landslide. Following steerers, the core employees of an enterprise was also main carrier of risk. Enterprise’s normal operation will be impacted if any joint gets problem. The effective method is to establish a separate risk control department and a risk control organization affiliated to HR to monitor, verify, investigate, give suggestion and directly control. Quite a few listed companies know they should achieve standardization and avoid risk fraud after being listed, so how about the situation before that? People who begin to pay attention to their health after gaining money might spend more cost, energy and time in building health. The money earned in the prophase may have to pay risk loss brought by health problems.

Financial risk is the weakest procedure in producing risk. It can be impacted directly by the status of cash flow, financial management and enterprise asset management. Even on the way of capital operation, financial risk is also main indicator of enterprise’s performance. Operating risk has the longest risk chain among all enterprise’s risks. Each joint in production risk, logistics risk, warehousing risk, market risk, sales risk, etc. can produce a large risk, which directly influence on enterprise’s development and existence. The collapse of powdered milk giant Sanlu involving in the Melamine event had close association with operating risk.

As a whole, employing risk, financial risk and operating risk will not occur alone, they are factors of risk existing and exposing at the same time at enterprises. Establishing corresponding risk control department is the sole method to manage enterprise’s risk. Paying attention to risk control equals paying attention to the destiny of enterprise.

Mike came into a restaurant and ordered a soup. Waiter quickly delivered soup to him.

Mike complained just after the waiter left:” Sorry, I could not drink this soup.”

Waiter served Mike another soup, but Mike still said:” Sorry, I could not drink this soup.”

Waiter had to call over the manager.
