Announcement on 2009 Integrated Risk Management for
Central Enterprises was announced by

Risk evaluation can drive the
enterprise to consider the influence of potential event on realization
of the goal. The objects under evaluation include inhere risk and
remanent risk. Inhere risk is the risk when no measure is adopted to
change or influence the risk existed; and remanent risk is the leaving
risk after the adoptions are executed.
Possibility and influence of the risk evaluation shall be handled in two perspectives. Close Your Curtain As years went by, the surface of
the famous Jefferson Memorial at At first, people thought the
criminal damaging the surface was the acid rain corroding the surface.
As the discussion went deeper, they found the corroding was caused by
the cleanser used everyday while washing the surface. Why washing the surface? Because
there were lots of fowl dung on the surface. Why there so much fowl

insects? The winged insects bred fast here. The dust here is suitable
