Objection Applicable while Credit
Record Goes Wrong After the issue reported on Beijing
Evening Paper that the identity theft might cause influence to credit
record, a bunch of readers have called for the tips dealing with this
kind of situation. Journalist has learnt from the central bank that if
derogatory record which happened after the theft was recorded in the
credit report, the client could apply objection to the bank on the
treatment. 1. The derogatory record would not
be shown after two years According to the statement of the
central bank, many clients have been rejected for the loan. After
checking, they complained that they had never had default behaviors of
loan paying, but why there were credit cards under their names which
they never applied for. The clerk stated that the client could apply
objection to bank for this circumstance with relevant certificate. The
bank will investigate and reply in 15 working days. If the condition is
true, the record would be cancelled. If the cancellation can not be done
with relevant technique reasons, special marks will be adopted, and the
bank will not regard it as derogatory record for the assessment.

record will keep for 7 years and the bankruptcy will keep for 10 years.
