The 4th Annual Asia Pacific Convention has been successfully closed up by GARP in December 2007 in Hong Kong and over 180 people attended the event. The next year¡¯s event is to be held in December 2008.

Recently, China Expert & Credit Insurance Corporation issued the newest version of Country Risks Analysis Report. This report provides Chinese enterprises a full-scale risk analysis report on international investment. This newly published Country Risks Analysis Report collects risk analysis reports of 91 countries and classifies the risk of all the sovereignties except China into 9 classes, from class one to nine.

Morning Edition news: People¡¯s Bank of China issued an announcement claiming that Office Procedure of Payment Credit Information (Draft of Consult) begins to take counsel with the public from now on. The procedure will be hopeful carried out in March of next year. The behavior of enterprise or individual presuming to play dud cheque would be recorded in the credit system of People¡¯s Bank of China.

Beijing Notary Association now opens its website. The website provides identification service of notaries. There is a notice board on the official website which discloses the notarizations processed with fake materials. The community can check the information of any notary office and any notary of Beijing from the website, and then call the notary office for verification in order to prevent the loss.

Communication    Trust-The Most Palmary Cost of Management

It is known to all that management needs costs. While, no matter it is for administrative unit or enterprise, the cost calculating always is some visible or touchable objects such as personnel and materiel. The invisible cost is always been missed. Trust is one of the missed palmary costs of management.

On the stage of present society, everyone needs the help and cooperation from others. The trust is the precondition, through it is a common subject that can not be gone through easily and hard to be judged by certain standards. Some of the enterprise managers think the more I give, the more the team should try the best to reduce the cost and guarantee the investor could get more benefit. It sounds reasonable and understandable. But the reality is far beyond the opposite way. The costs of an enterprise, except the solid investment, some soft investment such as trust, respect and concern to the employee is the factor that influences the most to costs.

Normally, management means to divide the project aim into several different scope of liability and to light up the sprit of the employee. But in China , especially some middle and small-sized enterprises, the managers would not hear any other ideals from other persons. On one hand, they are not so sure to their own management abilities, on the other hand, in deeply thoughts, they are too self-worth about that they can deal with the problems alone. They never trust anybody and do everything all by himself alone. The consequences of this will destroy the activeness of the employee and also the regular running of the enterprise. They will surfer more of the loss. In an investigation of a network company, 80 percent of the employees stated that they did not trust the boss, 60 percent of the netizen did not believe what their boss had described about the future and 60 percent of the employees would quit their job at any time. The distrust just makes the work more difficult and who knows what would happen to the development of the enterprise.

Trust is a complicated social and mental psychological phenomenon. Cooperation can only be build upon the trust. It is also the keystone of the management of enterprise. A team without trust is a team of no cohesion neither strength. The final point of a team without trust is doomed to failure. At Wal-Mart, there is a word¡± We trust our employees.¡± on the button of every manager. Even the employee at the bottom line is considered as its partner. The trust among the colleagues promoted the cooperation of each other. It is one of the success secret of Wal-Mart growing from a small firm into today¡¯s top retailer of the United States .

The management science told us management is a practical science and an impression of humanization. The target of management is the regulation design of operation procedure and the logic circulation of organization. Those design and operation are all done by man. Of all ages, putting the leadership, plan, organization and controls in trust, it will bring the management great effort no matter to a nation or an enterprise.
