The origin of the threats to enterprises¡¯ business safety lies in the enterprises¡¯ internal and external management risks.

Enterprises face various risks during business operation including risks caused by unfair competition, due diligence of partners, and business environment, such as changes of state laws and policies.

Enterprise internal risk management mainly lies in the management of human resources. Therefore, we usually tend to sum up enterprise internal risk management as HR risk management.

The common problems in HR risk management include black list, leaking of enterprises¡¯ business secrets, false or fake accounts and so on. There are three reasons for these problems:

First of all, the imperfection of the social credit system in China .

Second, Flaws and inadequacy in the enterprise internal management system. Some enterprises lack HR Moral Risk Prevention and Supervision System.  The managerial personnel fail to execute enterprises¡¯ rules effectively, and they even embezzle enterprises¡¯ interests.

A young artillery officer goes to his army for an inspection after he takes his post and finds that a soldier always stands under the cannon tube without doing anything at all. Upon inquiry, the young artillery officer gets the answer: it is the practice is descended from the old times when the cannons are carried by horse carts. The soldier standing under the cannon tube is responsible for holding the horse rein so as to prevent warp of distance due to the kick produced when the cannon is fired and save the time to make collimation next time. However, the cannons are not carried by the horse carts yet, but the soldier remains standing there following the old practice rule. The young officer is awarded for his finding by the Ministry of National Defense.

The primary work of management is to divide work scientifically. Only when every employee has his/her job responsibilities can they cooperate with each other without unnecessary troubles and shirking the responsibilities. An employee to a company is a part to a big machine. Good parts make the big machine run smoothly and duteous employees ensure the virtuous operation of the company.
