The enterprises design the training system of employees based on self-demand and intending developing programming. The training system of employees will be improved in time based on the changes from environment and enterprises. Synchronously, the enterprises have to evaluate the validity and adaptability of training system of employees based on the evaluation result of employees’ achievement and representation, and then revising it based on the feedback; 3) The enterprises have to design a proper training system for employees based on the basis of the enterprises’ power. It is unadvisable to blindly expand the scale of training system for pursuing future potential profit or attracting more talents but losing sight of in consideration of its current stage survival problem.
