when the Party submits an evidence to the court, it requires to submit an original evidence, if has difficult to keep or provide the original evidence, the Party can provide a duplicate one after the courts checking without dissidence. If the formed evidence is outside of People¡¯s Republic Of China , it should be proved by the Notary Public Organization of the Foreign Country, and then authorized by China Embassy in the country, or it can also perform related treaty between China and the Country. If the submitted evidence formed in Hong Kong , Macao , and Taiwan , it will perform related identification procedure. In addition if the Party provides a foreign evidence or document, it requires both Chinese and English version.
