Hai Yang, the president of Steele who as the only Chinese member of World Association of Detective (WAD) attended the 77^th annual conference which was hold in Seattle, Washington of USA, during September 3 –8, 2002. On the dinner part, president of WAD gave the lecture to welcome more then 300 detectives from all over the world especially Hai Yang who came from China , Steele Business Investigation Center was given high praise and was identified as “Excellent Investigative Agency”. Mr. Hai Yang auctioned two canvas which were printed by artist Yang Mao Yuan, all the money was contributed to the association. (This is the third time that Mr. Hai Yang attended WAD annual conference)

Steele establishing 10 years celebration- <Steele Investigative notes> has been started to write already. <Steele Investigative notes> writing on purpose of  congratulation Steele establishing 10 years. It will show Steele’s developing experience, includes all the real cases from its starting: establishing, developing and developed. We can know the real sides of Steele’s professional investigators through the book.   The book will be finished in June 2003.

The 7th European Anti-Fraud Conference will be held by Association of Certificate Fraud Examiners in London during Oct. 27-29, 2002.

“Fu Yao Anti-Dumping Research Center” was established in University of International Business and Economics in Oct. 11, 2002。

Zhong Hong Life Insurance Co., Ltd get the permission of China Insurance Regulatory Commission to set up its branch in Guangzhou China in Oct. 17, 2002, this is the first permission was given to Joint-venture Insurance.

We received one enquire that one company couldn’t get back a large amount of money which will be invalid within 56 days. We accepted the case and assigned our operator to do this at once, after our field investigation we got that the target  company was an large real estate company with rich economic basic, it has four apartment buildings and one commercial building were selling and the target company had the conditions to pay the the debt. Our operator got all the details of buildings which was worth 93,000,000RMB, also the selling contracts and accounts, the Real Estate Right Certificate and other certificate material.

In order to help our clients get back the money, Steele conducted the properties protecting which was worth 32,000,000RMB within 3 days, and did a good preparation for enforcement after lawsuits. 

One California man bought a package of tobacco, and bought 20 times fire insurance policy. After this, he claimed to insurance, insurance refused his claims. So the man go to civil court and the fire matter was got confirmed, the man got USD50,000.

  After this, insurance was against the man 20 times fire criminal, court confirmed the man’s firing action, and he was sentenced to jail for one year.
