» Step 2: confirm the assignment and details

 

Please confirm the detailed investigation content by fax or email after the consultation.

 

 

» Step 3: reply with the Letter of Investigation Intent

 

Steele will submit a written investigation intent after receiving your investigation content. The letter of intent includes the following contents:

 

A. Whether we can accept your assignment

B. Investigation contents

C. Investigation expectation and proposal

D. Turnaround time

E. Price quotation

 

 

» Step 4: sign the agreement

 

If there are no objections, the next step is to sign an agreement. We have three options for signing the agreement:

 

A. At the office of the consignee (Steele)

B. At the office of the entrusting party (Client)

C. By fax

 

 

» Step 5: begin the investigation and submit the investigation report

 

Our operator will start the formal investigation after the agreement is signed and submit the detailed investigation report at the appointed date.
