There're six steps for SBCS Polygraph Service.

» Step 1: Initial Communication

Initial communication between SBCS Polygraph expert and the client through telephone, fax or email for the test purpose, event background and the detailed requirement of client.

» Step 2: Intent Evaluation

Based on the detailed situation of the case, Steele will evaluate the turn around time and cost of polygraph test, then provide Letter of Intent in written to client.

» Step 3: Sign Agreement

After client's confirmation on the Letter of Intent, Polygraph Test Agreement will be signed, confirming the test items, content and staff tested and the cost.

» Step 4: Making Polygraph Plan

After signing the agreement, polygraph plan will be made. Steele will communicate with client on the detailed content of the plan before confirmation reached by both sides. If necessary, Steele will communicate with the testees to ensure the test could satisfy the demand of enterprise.

» Step 5: Polygraph Implementation

Polygraph test (including prior talk and formal test) will be conducted strictly under the Polygraph Plan confirmed by the both sides at the Polygraph Center of Steele.

» Step 6: Submitting Report

After the test, Steele will conduct analysis on the result, then submit polygraph report to client.
