» Q: Does the training start right away after the contract on enterprise internal training signed?

A: Different from open courses, the contents of enterprise internal training are designed according to the enterprise's actual situation and training requirements. To meet the characteristics and requirements of customer enterprise, there is a series of preparation after the contract is signed. If necessary, our lecturer will carry an in-depth conversation with relevant staff in the customer enterprise and accordingly adjust training contents with reference to the materials provided by the enterprise. The communication with the enterprise is a significant factor to the training effect.

» Q: Can the enterprise costumer choose the lecturer freely?

A: Of course, please refer to our Lectures for detailed information. We will also recommend you the lecturers with abundant practical risk management experience, and invite senior consultant or training expert in the field of operational management or management consultation. When the lecturer is chosen, it will not be changed except special circumstances.

» Q: How is the training location arranged?

A: Generally, the training location usually is arranged by enterprises themselves. Our company can also arrange training location and accommodations for students on behalf of enterprises. If our lecturers are required to go somewhere outside Beijing to give lectures, fees for business trip and accommodations will be paid by enterprises.

» Q: Does the training need any special facilities?

A: Yes, to guarantee the quality of the training, the following facilities are demanded: projectors, microphones, white boards, and white board markers etc. If the location is selected by the costumer enterprise, the above facilities are in charged by the enterprise.

» Q: What is the charge of the training?

A: The risk management training of Steele is charged by course hour, the charging standard is from RMB1000 to RMB3000 which is decided by the content, lecturer, and teaching materials etc. chosen in the training. The total fee of the training will be determined after an evaluation on enterprises’ training requirements.

» Q: When to sign the agreement of the enterprise internal training?

A: The agreement for enterprise internal training shall be signed 10 days before the training course starts to ensure a period for the training planning, lecturer arrangement and teaching material preparation.
