Through five steps, Steele's training helps the enterprise enhance the consciousness of risk management, improve the capability against risks, and lower the cost of operation and management.

 

 

» Step 1: Acceopt Consultation

 

For either open course or enterprise internal training, you can contact us by phone, fax or email. And we will recommend the suitable risk management courses based on your condition and requirement.

 

 

» Step 2: Sign the Agreement

 

After the course is chosen, the Service Agreement on Risk Management Training specifying the course schedule, charge and other details will be signed.

 

 

» Step 3: Work out the Proposal  *

 

Upon the enterprise internal training, Steele's risk management specialists will customize the scheme including the training contents, style, and object, as well as teachers and teaching materials according to the enterprise's requirements and goals.

 

 

» Step 4: Execute the Training

 

Following the schedule of the open course or the scheme of the internal training, we will deliver and explain the knowledge and experience of risk management to the participated trainees through lectures, case discussions, FAQ and tests.

 

 

» Step 5: Evaluate on the Effect

 

After the training is completed, we will arrange a delicate callback to collect the evaluation and suggestions on the training effects from trainees or enterprises, to make the appropriate adjustment and improvement on our courses and styles of training. We will also offer consultation and advices regarding the questions submitted by trainees or enterprises.
