China, a country with long history, receives more and more attention from the world. In recent years, there are continuously increasing foreign tourists traveling to China either for business communication or personal travel. Accordingly the safety guarantee is one of main concerns for these overseas tourists during their travels to China.
How to enjoy the florid exotic styles and flavors with security guarantees?
Undoubtedly diversified factors will have influence on tourists’ travels. For example, local religious cultures, folkways and customs, living habits, traffic conditions of the destination country or city, and even political relations among countries. Of course some unexpected events, such as natural disaster, infectious disease, criminal case, terrorist event, etc., may also affect tourists’ personal and financial security. In fact, all these factors could be concluded to the comprehensive evaluation on local security situation, which needs an assessment report on the environmental security of the destination.
Take Tibet for instance. You cannot move a step in this mysterious region without a comprehensive evaluation on local environment beforehand. Firstly, tourists may be attacked by altitude sickness caused by the high altitude in Tibet. You’d better avoid walking fast or moving violently, and it is advised to take some medicines for releasing high altitude sickness. What interests the tourists most is local laws, regulations and public security environment in Tibet. With the same nature as other ethnic minorities, Tibetans all profess a religion and they are generally honest, passionate and hospitable, which provide a safe traveling environment for tourists. Tourists always receive Tibetans’ waves and smells during their travels and will be accepted as honored guests.
Similarly in other cities like Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Xi’an, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Hong Kong, Macao and so on in China, there are also rich cultural connotations and colorful regional characteristics. So for overseas tourists who are unfamiliar with the local situations in China, obstacles and conflicts maybe occur on the aspects of language, culture and activities, which results in danger and risk for tourists’ security. Even if the above influences may be avoided, many unexpected factors will emerge through tourists’ traveling. Anyway, a full evaluation on the security of the destination will help tourists prevent from risks in their trips to a large extent and ensure a safe travel to enjoy fun.
At present, many tourism and consultant companies are offering regional environmental security report or security assessment report to foreign tourists. The prior analysis, research, and training for tourists help businessmen and tourists travelling to China get knowledge about the overall situation of local place, and avoid or reduce risk in traveling as far as possible.
