This is a worst-case scenario that all employers want to prevent from ever happening in their company. In doing a thorough character check, you can be able to secure the lives of your employees, protect your property, and secure your company. You can also be spared from lawsuits and issues that could put you and your business reputation at risk due to negligent hiring.
